Weight Loss through Mindful Eating Workshop, Saturday, September 27 & October 4, 1-4PM

In this 2-part workshop we will discuss and practice my version of mindful eating with the purpose of  losing weight while being happier and less stressed out as you do.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss.  Mind-body Health, stress reduction and eating enjoyment are what also bring about the weight loss you desire.

  1. I’ve never heard anyone teach this approach, Kimberly. You nailed it! I believe people would be healthier on so many levels by following her simple steps.

    I struggled with my weight a few years ago and when I decided it was time to release the pounds, it was my willpower that was key in shedding the weight. When I went grocery shopping, I made choices that aligned with my weight-loss goals. I knew if I didn’t bring unhealthy food, I wouldn’t be tempted. I set up a no-fail environment. I saved money too buy not spending it on food that would contribute to my weight. The big bonus was the added energy to enjoy each and every day!

    Thank you Kimberly for teaching this non-dieting approach to releasing weight. It’s a healthy, positive way to achieve lasting results to change your life.
